Rose Hall or Sunset beach

Trying to decide between these two excursions. Anyone been to these ? Wondering what type of food and drink you get at each. Also what the facilities are like. How far from the pier ? How much taxi rides are to Sunset since it isn't through Carnival. Can 5 people fit in a taxi ?

We're thinking about Rose Hall now. I like the sound of it and all the stuff they off. And I like how it's through Carnival...this being our first cruise I don't know about doing the "private excursion" thing with traffic and getting back to the ship on our own leisure.
