It's almost easier to list what is included. All dining room meals, shows, gym, regular coffee, tea, water, are included. Just about everything else has a charge associated with it. Most of the added-fee items are optional, i.e. you can get "free" ice cream with meals in the dining room but if you want some in the middle of the day, you will have to pay for it (assuming Royal Princess even has an ice cream stand, that is, like the bigger ships). Another example, you can work out on your own for no added cost, but if you want to take a class, it will probably cost $10.

Some tours include lunch on shore. Most ports prohibit taking food from the ship to shore. You can take certain pre-packaged items ashore if you wish, just not anything fresh. This subject always generates a wonderful discussion that brings out the best from some of the members here. You will usually see a notice in the Princess Patter stating what the restrictions about taking food ashore are for the next day's port.

I think you will find that you will need to budget a significant sum for added expenses. Personally, I count on us spending $100 per person per day for tours, cocktails, etc. and that usually works out pretty close to what our final tab is.

There is no charge for room service but you should tip the person who brings it since the tip is not included in the automatic tips. You will be charged a 15% gratuity for each beverage you purchase at the time of sale (on your cruise card.)

Have a great cruise!

There is no charge for room service as long AS you order off the room service menu. If you request additional items, such as cheese & crackers  there will be a charge.
