Hot chocolate available in Neptune Lounge?

I have read a lot about the coffee machine in the Neptune lounge, which certainly sounds wonderful. We are going on our first cruise in July (Ryndam northbound from Vancouver) and will be in an S suite. I was wondering if hot chocolate is available in the Neptune too? Many thanks.

No hot chocolate in the machine. There is mocha coffee. The hot chocolate comes in an instant package which you just add hot water.

Yes they have Nestle packets of hot chocolate mix. I usually start with hot water out of the coffee machine and the packet and then add the foaming milk for about half of it. It really is delicious!!! If you don't see the packets just ask and the waiter working in the lounge will get them for you. I will really enjoy this on our June trip to the Fjords and North Cape -- can hardly wait!!

Many thanks for your replies. my husband and I will be enjoying the coffee, but my children both prefer to drink hot chocolate so they'll be happy too!

While on my Alaska cruise I discovered the great taste of hot cocoa with peppermint schnapps added to it. Now of course that wouldn't be appropriate for the children but it might make it a taste treat for mom and dad.

Unfortuneately you cannot get peppermint snhapps in the Neptune Lounge.

Oh how sad but understandable. This is however a great bar-ordered drink for glacier watching :D
