sea-cruise Posted June 4, 2007 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2007 Last October we didn't do the self-assist debarkation because we were afraid that our luggage (one large suitcase pp) would take up too much space on the tram which took us back to the terminal and parking lot. Would you suggest that we do the same thing again next time, or have you found that passengers do self-assist at that port? I didn't notice if the trams had space under the cars for luggage like buses do.
reapfm Posted June 5, 2007 #2 Share Posted June 5, 2007 Hello SeaCruise....When we were on the Explorer in May, we were told there is no self assist luggage option in NJ. It was an announcement made over the ship, and I believe it was also in the Compass. I guess because of the trams, it just isn't feasible. Have a great night!
