GSC Dinner overnight on Spirit?

What do you do on the private island when you are docked there overnight? Do they do a BBQ for dinner? To be honest, I don't get it! We are going on the 7/1 Spirit and will be at Great Stirrup Cay on Fourth of July and stay there over night.

 

Anyone have experience with this and can let us know what to expect?
