Car Parking at Cape Liberty Cruise Port

Has anyone used the parking facilities at the Cape Liberty Cruise Port. We are sailing on the EOS on August 12th and was thinking of using a Limo but the cost for such a short drive is high. I understand parking is $15.00 per day. Is the lot secure and how far of a walk from the pier is the lot?

I've used it. The entire area is pretty secure except for the guards who were stealing from and the cars(they were caught)...Its either a short walk or they have a shuttle picking the drivers up(you drop off your luggage and passengers first and then park)....but there were occasional reports of over spraying from the ship yard next door. It didn't happen to me but I am not sure if its over ...
