Is Roatan Tendered or Walk off Ship

We are taking the Rhapsody of the Seas out of Galveston August 26, 2007 with a stop in Roatan on August 29th, does anyone know if it is tendered or can we walk off ship? Also does anyone know what days they have the formal dining?
