Hotel Vance seattle???

The Vance is an older hotel that IMO has seen much better days. Don't know what rate you've been quoted but I'm betting you might do as well in a better place by using Priceline.

Yes, there's a branch of the Cheesecake Factory in downtown Seattle.

The cruise terminals (there are two) are within 10 min. cab rides of most central hotels. Pier 66 (mainly NCL and some transients) is techincally within the downtown area.

A yummy place to eat in downtown Seattle is the Metropolitan Grill, it's spendy, but totally worth it! Great atomosphere too!
