Crown - Panama

Just a few questions as we're going over the Thanksgiving holiday and hopefully someone did this last year. Our itin is FFL, 2 sea days, Aruba, Cartagena, Panama, Limon, Sea, Ocho Rios, Sea, FFL

1. Do they serve turkey on Thanksgiving? I'm not sure if I want turkey on a cruise ship! But, this would be the first Thanksgiving in 56 years without turkey.
   
2. Does anyone know the formal nights?
   
3. Does anyone know if menus and/or patters are posted anywhere for this cruise?

I know I'm not asking much here :) but just thought I'd check and mayhbe get lucky.
