Victoria - Car Rental options near pier

We will spend a day in Victoria, BC May 27th on our Alaska cruise and may want to rent a car. Could those who know advise which car rental companies, if any, are located near the pier? Thanks!

Just reserved a full size car at Budget for about $34 US for the day with unlimited miles/km.
