There are two options:

 

Teen Passport: That is a book of 20 coupons which entitles the bearer to his or her choice of either 1 non-alchoholic smoothie or soda per coupon.

 

Soda Card: Anyone can get this one. They put a sticker on your room card and that entitles you to unlimited sodas. You must show the card when ordering.
