(Rates weren't being published on their website and I was concerned that might be an indicator the cruise might be cancelled.) I sent a message through MSC's website, addressed to MSC President Rick Sasso. Less than 24 hours later I had a response from Mr. Sasso fully satisfying my concerns. I haven't cruised on MSC before but if this is an indication of their customer service they will be giving the better-known cruise lines some well-deserved competition.
