Golden Princess and Sterling Steak house ?

Anyone recently off the Golden Princess who ate at Sterling Steak House? I heard they now have a new menu featuring seafood. I am trying to find Oysters Rockefeller and hope they might now serve them at Sterling's. The only place I know they serve them is at the Bayou Cafe and only the Island Princess and Crown offer that restaurant.

It's not a direct answer to your question, but when I was on the Sapphire in 11/05, Oysters Rockefeller was served on one of the nights of the cruise in the main dining room. I think it may have been one of the formal nights. I have photographs of the menus for each night at home, but unfortunately it's not accessible from work (where I am now) for me to check.

I have also had them in the main dinning room but they are smaller and not as good. I hope they offer them on the new Sterling menu but so far I can't find anyone who has seen the new menu. Maybe it's not being used yet.
