Davian Posted September 14, 2007 #1 Share Posted September 14, 2007 Hi We are sailing to Suva in Fiji ... I was wondering if there are tours that are offered at the dock? Thanks, Jill
mipps Posted September 15, 2007 #2 Share Posted September 15, 2007 yup .. theres definatly tours there. I dont think much of Suva itself so if you can get out of town it would be all good If you see a tour for Kula Eco Park (Fiji's only nature reserve) its about 40 minutes drive along the coast from Suva. I would highly recommend this tour. I still have a picture of me holding a snake, a parrot and a lizard all at the same time The other tour we have done was through Dive Connections in Pacific Harbour, I did a 1 tank dive while the wife and kids snorkled around Beqa Lagoon. Remember also that Fiji is in a state of martial law. The ship may not stop at Suva. hope that helps :)

ROSEBERRY Posted November 5, 2007 #4 Share Posted November 5, 2007 We have just returned home after cruising from Seattle to Sydney Australia on the Sun Princess. As there isn't much yo do in Suva we arranged the hire of a bus and driver and 21 of us spent the day at the Pacific Harbour Resort. Kasa and her husband George were extremely helpful. They both speak perfect English. ksntmareau@yahoo.com.au Cheers, Kathy.
