Disembarking

What procedure does Princess use for disembarking? We did our first cruise with NCL and found their system lacking. They gave you colored tags and let you stay in your cabin until they called your color, then it was a free for all. Stairways and halls were packed like sardines, if you are claustrophobic in any way it would be very scary. No staff around to direct until you were near the doors to pick up your passports. We're hoping our next experience with princess is better.:)

You do get colored luggage tags, but they want you our of your cabin by about 8:30 AM at which time you can wait in showrooms, bars, and other public areas.

You will already have your passports back, so no problem with that.

When your color is called, obviously there will be a line of those leaving with that color.
