Samana - Bike, Hike, & Kayak Tour???

NCL is offering a "bike, hike, and kayak" tour that sounds nice, but I'm wondering if anyone has actually done this tour and has any feedback. I'm especially interested in how strenuous it is and how much time you get at the beach.
