Florida Evacuations... Bad News/good News...

:( BAD NEWS.....Noticed that they have begun evacuations of Florida coast when phone rang. Son is Navy and stationed at Kings Bay Sub Base, right outside of Jacksonville. They are beginning a voluntary evac of the base with mandatory beginning tomorrow. He is going on the sub to "batten down the hatches". Will be there until 8am Monday.

 

:) GOOD NEWS ....Daughter-in-law and 2 precious grandbabies will be heading to us for protection. While have huge concern for son and will be saying extra prayers, I know that he has been through this before and will be inside a "boomer" that will protect him. Good to know the rest of the family will be coming to "Grandma" for protection.
