cruise_newbie Posted September 2, 2004 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2004 Just wondering what DCL will do, our flight is arriving 10:30 am on Saturday morning the day the ship departs, and right when the storm is supposed to hit based on current predictions. I'm assuming if our flight is late everyone else's will be too, but will the ship wait? Has this happened to anyone before?
TheWog Posted September 2, 2004 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2004 There is talk that the Magic may not be able to dock on Saturday. I would call DCL right away. There will also be an announcement at 1:00 today concerning Saturday's sailings. Good luck.

cruise_newbie Posted September 2, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted September 2, 2004 Really, is that official that Disney Sept. 4 will leave on Monday? I would be fairly relieved if that's the case, although disappointed to loose those days. I thought Disney was supposed to make an announcement at 1:00 today, but their phone update line still says all cruises are going as per normal. Currently I'm on hold (over 1/2 hour so far) waiting for someone at Disney to talk to me. I've already been through the whole Little Mermaid soundtrack while waiting on hold.
