You can bring on board all the wine you want. There's a $15 corkage charge if you bring your own wine to the dining room, no charge when you drink it in your room.

We brought wine on board the Oosterdam in Alaska this September. Our cabin steward kept it chilled for us whenever we set a bottle out. Enjoy!
