if one wades off the catamaran which is fine, how does one get back up on the boat when its time to leave. do they put down some sort of boat ladder. i'm just a tad concerned b/c of recent rotator cuff surgery, I have no upper body strength to pull myself up on a catamaran without a ladder.

There is a long ladder, almost like stairs but more of a ladder, in the front between the two nets. You can sort of see this in its raised position in some of my pictures. They lower this both when snorkeling and at the beach to get off and on the boat. The crew will help you get up the ladder, especially getting your first footing on it, and with anything you're carrying (like beach bags), when you get back on.
