Best Western on the Bay - Any comments?

I just booked this hotel for one night post cruise, has anybody stayed there before? It has a shuttle that will pick us up after the cruise and a shuttle to take us to the airport the next day, so that is a huge plus. We are in south beach for a few days before the cruise, and that is taken care of. We can use points for the BW's but the reviews on all of them on tripadvisor are horrendous........I'm a little nervous!

I've never stayed there, but I've only heard HORRID things about that place. You might want to reconsider!!

Yikes!!! The tripadvisor reviews aren't good either, but the reviews on best western are good....tee hee.....gee....I wonder why! Anyhow, not sure what we are going to do now........ We were looking for a decent priced hotel in the downtown area that has an airport shuttle........l
