Car Rental In Hilo

We're thinking of renting a convertible in Hilo. Can anybody help me with which car rental to go with, and who would we have a shuttle with? We'll be cruising on the NCL Wind this oct., and that day in hilo will be our anniversary, so we thought of going with a convertible (I love convertibles and hope to own one someday) at this port. Can someone also tell me if we'll have time to do the volcano national park and the falls? Any help would be appreciated.:)

We used Avis which does NOT have a shuttle. It was a $10 ride to the airport. I did noitice several other shuttles, Dollar and many other companies. Leave time to shuttle back and forth. There can be a lot of traffic in the late afternoon. You would probably have time to do both Falls and Park if you did not spend a lot of time in the Park. We just opted for the Park, Big Island Candies and lunch in Hilo.
