Spirit to Hawaii Dress

Taking the Spirit to Hawaii from Vancover and was wondering what clothes to bring for this. Assuming Hawaii will be warm, but what about crossing the ocean? Cold? Warm? Any formal attire needed? etc.

We were on this cruise last 0/24 and found the first 2 days on the cool side. After that it was very warm for the remainder of the trip. There was the usual very formal wear, but we wore sport coasts and ties for the guys and really cute party dresses for us girls on the formal nights. The rest of the trip, hawaiian shirts, dockers or slacks for the men and cute capris and tops for the girls. I always found it to be a bit chilly in the dining room so I always wore something with sleeves or took a shawl. Great cruise. The first night out was a little rocky for some cruisers. They had a very abundant supply of sea-sickness pills at the Pursers desk and tons of bags all over. It calmed down the second day. We didn't feel a thing but son-in-law had to stay in bed the first 2 days. Have a ball. Aloha!!!!!!!!!!!
