We are sailing on the Celebration 12/15 and wanted to find out what type of safe they have in the cabins on board. I like the one that you program a number in since there will be my DD and myself and we may not be together all the time and need to access something in the safe. I know some of the ships have the card swipe type and that is more difficult when others need access.

 

I would also like to know if anyone that has traveled with the beds set up as twins if they were set up L shaped or side by side. I am hoping for L shaped since it leaves more floor room. We have an oceanview cabin on the upper deck.

 

 

Couple of questions about the casino. Do you know if they have the Garfield slot machine? I found that machine on the Fantasy and had a blast since I am a huge garfield fan and knew most of the bonus answers. I also want to know if anyone has seen the double diamond deluxe machine on there. It's a 9 line machine that has bonus spins. I used to play it in the indian casinos in South Florida.

Can't answer the casino question - we played a little, but I don't remember the specific machines.

 

We were in an oceanview on Upper deck - I think it was U191 - and the beds would have been L-shaped if the steward had not pushed them together into a king. The safe was the kind you enter a 4-digit code - not the kind you swipe a card.

 

We were on the Celebration 2 years ago for our honeymoon. Wish we could go again before she moves to Europe. Our PVP told us she will be sailing out of Spain next summer.

I sailed the Celebration in August. There was at least one Garfield machine. I believe it was a nickel one. It was in the back, by the bar. I am partial to Odie, myself.

You still use a 4 digit code in the safes. Have a great cruise!
