Fishing in Aruba???

We will be traveling on the Voyager of the Seas on 10/22 from NJ and will be going to Aruba.

My fiance was really wanted to go fishing while in Aruba. Does anyone have any information on this? RCCL doesn't offer a fishing excursion and I don't know much about fishing.
