monty95 Posted June 18, 2004 #1 Share Posted June 18, 2004 We are sailing to Alaska for our 30th anniversary on the Island Princess on 9/4/2004. What can we expect for weather? Still searching for excursions, but we've already booked with Capt Larry for whale watching in Juneau. We can't wait! mii Posted June 18, 2004 #2 Share Posted June 18, 2004 We have been to Alaska twicve and the last one was last September. We had absolutely beautiful weather; the turning leaves, a little nip in the air. There was some rain, very light in Sitla and the same in Juneau. Always take an umbrella and be prepared as weather can change from day to day and year to year. Have a great time on your cruise and happy anniversary. Krazy Kruizers Posted June 19, 2004 #3 Share Posted June 19, 2004 September We also did an Alaskan cruise last September. Sitka - it poured the entire time we were there. Juneau - sunny - wore bermudas. Ketchikan - sunny - wore bermudas again. But always take an umbrella - be prepared.
