Recent Visitors to Maison St. Charles NO

Has anyone stayed at this hotel lately? If so, how was it? Please include all details, both good and bad :) Thanks.

Hotel was great, service was great, food in the bakery next door was great, rates were great, beds were comfy, area was quiet & we felt safe. Within walking distance of the Riverwalk on a nice day... across the street from Emeril's Delmonico if you're so inclined... trolley stop right out front... the free drink when you arrive is a great way to kick off a cruise... oh. The only thing we didn't like is that is it valet parking ONLY. Secure lots, but make sure you take everything you need with you up to your room. DH and I left our cruise luggage in the trunk overnight while we stayed there, I spent the whole night worrying that we would have no clothes to wear on the cruise but when they brought the car 'round the next morning, everything was there...
