MommaOML Posted December 12, 2007 #1 Share Posted December 12, 2007 I'm trying to get a sense of how close to sold out our cruise is, and guesstimate our probability of an upgrade. I'm faking a booking on the website, and when I select cat 11 (just for kicks), it gives me 9 cabins to choose from, or to input a particular room number. Are these 9 cabins the only ones left, or is it just the top 9 they're trying to sell?
StephenNSamantha Posted December 12, 2007 #2 Share Posted December 12, 2007 They will only show 9 cabins of a particular category at at time. If you see 9, there could be a lot more available.
chitown cruisers Posted December 12, 2007 #3 Share Posted December 12, 2007 there is another line for specific cabin number....throw a few numbers in (besides the ones listed) to see if any of the others are available.
MommaOML Posted December 12, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted December 12, 2007 Presumably, since there was only 1 cabin from cat 8a, that is the only cabin left in that cat?
MommaOML Posted December 12, 2007 Author #5 Share Posted December 12, 2007 I just realized something else ... I'm booking a cabin for 3 people, so there may be cabins available in that category, but they'll only sleep 2 people. It doesn't seem to let me select a cabin that I assume will be quad occupancy (like a cat 12 suite with a big pull out). So, either those cat 12s are full, or it won't let me book it with only 3 people.
