Different prices depending on where one live?

I read in an other thread that RCI prices for their cruises varies from country to country, that a 7 night caribbean cruise is cheaper when bought online from USA on RCI:s webpage than if the same cruise is bought from other countries.

I know that RCI webpage is technically knowing from where their visitors are and are offering prices in different currencies and that one can change currency to US$ but there are still price differenses for the same cruise.

So my question is if I go through an american internet provider, little tricky technically but can be arranged, will I be able to buy a cruise at "american" prices then? or will there later be some kind of adjustment when paying with an foreign credit card and the "right" price will be showed up?
