I would like to get Carnival Fantasy repeat passenger pins too. I have tried ebay and have emailed customer service at Carnival a few times too. They say they don't have Fantasy pins. I have even requested plain funnel pins and I still haven't had any luck. If they ever make the pins, I'm sure they will be very popular! There are quite a few of us that would like them.
