What about Pearl Island?? We are hoping to see some colorful fish, not just turtles and big fish...We are going on the Carnival Valor in March, so have time to research...I also saw an excursoin for Captain Nautica's, but it does not say what area he goes to, he does not go to a beach...Any info would be great! Even on the Blue Lagoon! Thanks

We were just in Nassau last week and we wanted to go snorkling too. We missed out getting tickets from the ship the night before and tried to do a trip on our own about 12:30. Long story short.....we took a cab to the Radisson and Wydem resorts and found a guy there on the beach. He took our group of 7 to a reef out about 1/2 mile for $20 pp. We saw tons of fish and a great reef and spent about 1 1/2 hrs total. Then he took us back to the beach and put us in a white stretch limo and for $5 pp we were dropped off at the pier.
