I keep daydreaming of that first day on board...sipping wine while the ship leaves port... the first dinner.. the first moon rise... the first sunrise...and so on and so on!

 

It's so beautiful at night when the moon shines on the ocean and the ship rocks you to sleep...

I wasn't able to take a picture of it with my camera... it was too dark!

Just before our cruise in March I thought I was going to go crazy. We had taken a couple years off from cruising to have our 3rd child and by the time we got down to 3 weeks to go I was beyond ready! I passed time by searching iTunes for cruise music for my iPod, reading every single FAQ on the Carnival site, and talking about the cruise every chance I got! My kids also made a paper chain to do their own countdown.

 

We're at 103 days now and I already want to pack for this one!

Regular digital with the setting to hold the shutter open longer.........hard to hold still on a moving ship....this was the clearest photo.
