No reply to emails re bar setups

I've already emailed the ship coordinator twice re bar setups for the Gem on February 6. Still no response. Is this usual? How long should I wait before trying another method? Is there a phone number to call?

I am not sure about a phone number but when I sent an e-mail out I got a response the same day. Check the NCL web page and see if there is a number that you can call for the ship event coordinator.
