Tipping Guidelines For Playa Mia And Other Tours

We will be at Playa Mia next week and I was wondering what appropriate tip amounts should be for the various attendants (beach waiter, buffet waiter, etc.)? I realize the beach waiter's tips will depend on how much we consume. We are also doing Cave Tubing in Belize and I wasn't quite sure if we should tip and if so how much? Any input from cruisers who have done these tours would be greatly appreciated and thanks!
