Noordam vs. Sapphire Princess - Advice please

We thoroughly enjoyed our Alaska cruise on the Noordam. We are now considering a Pacific coast cruise on the Sapphire Princess because we love the itinerary (LA, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Astoria, Seattle, Victoria, Vancouver). HAL has no comparable itinerary. Hoping someone out there has been on the Sapphire Princess as well as the Noordam (or another Vista Class HAL ship) and will share perspective on how the food, service, public areas, entertainment, etc. compare. Thanks!
