White water kayaking in Ocho Rios

Has anyone done the white water kayaking in Ocho Rios? Was wondering what level of kayaking experience needed and what what the rapids were like. The picture made it look pretty tame but was not sure. We were looking at this or the tubing. Thanks for any imput.
