Jolly Pirates Sun Set sail and swing question

I am looking at possibly booking this on line through Jolly Pirates. Our ship is set to sail at 8:00. Web site says excursion is from 5:00 to 7:00.

Am I crazy? Can we do it? How far is it back to the ship from where this excursion ends?

Also a question for anyone that has done any of the Jolly pirate sails. It looks like they really pack the people on those boats? Its it crowded?

Yikes-- thats too close for comfort- If your ship sails at 8pm you MUST be onboard 30 minutes prior-- so you will have to be back on the ship by 7:30.

You need to leave leeway incase of traffic etc. If this is a tour done by the cruiselines---i would do it that way ONLY-- no way would i book an excursion this late in the day alone. The ship will not wait for you.

What about getting to the Jolly Pirates in an hour and a half?

We are set to port at 8:00am and the Jolly Pirates takes off at 9:30. I know RCCL excursions depart first, but is that enough time to get there? How long of a taxi ride is it? How hard is it to hail a cab right at departure? How much is the cab?

Also what happens if we get to port late? Any chance of a refund if we miss it?

Thanks

its a pier--- not a tender port so everyone has access to get off as soon as the ship is cleared.

IF you dock at 8am-- thats plenty of time for a 9:30 departure.

what time is the ship leaving? what time is the excursion done?

Is there a time difference in Aruba compared to your ship?

plenty of cabs will be available- cabs will be available when you are done. They will not le you in the cab with wet clothes-- so plan for drying time too
