Has anyone stayed at the Grand Hotel in Copenhagen?

This hotel was recommended by our travel agent, but I've seen some negative reviews. Have any of you stayed there? Did you like it? Or if not, do you have some other recommendations? We'll be there in June for two nights before our cruise to the Nord Capp. Thanks!

Sorry to tell you that the negative reviews you have read are probably correct. We stayed there last year and found it to be rather mediocre and run down. Unfortunatley there seems to be a very limited hotel selection in Copenhagan. Although the Grand has a good location, it is no longer quite so "grand."
