Alaska Early May Excursion Recommendations

Hi,

We are booked on Celebrity Infinity leaving San Francisco on 28 April to Alaska. We have booked the Butchart and Butterfly Gardens in Victoria, Dog Mushing Camp in Junea and Grizzly Bear viewing in Prince Rupert. Has anyone done these excursions. What were they like?

We are also visiting Ketchikan and Icy Strait Point. Any recommendations excursions or otherwise for these ports.
