Excursion with 80 yr old mom.

I will be traveling to Belize with my 80 year old mom. I was looking for an excursion that offers a nice tour of city and nearby surrounding area. Something not too lengthy as most are 6 to 7 hrs. The only one I see on NCL site is a city tour with airboat to Almond Hill Lagoon. She would enjoy the tour and lagoon sites, but I am concerned about the airboat portion of this excursion. Mom is in excellent health and physical condition, but can't deny she is 80. Has any one done this? Is it just a fast ride, or is it a rough ride? If they are out there doing 360's it is definitely not for her.
