Christmas In Nassau, Bahamas

MY husband, son, father and I will be sailing on RC's Sovereign of the Seas 12/24/04 for 3 nights. We will be in Nassau Christmas Day. Does anybody know if stores will be opened that day and also if we will be able to do the Historic Cruise of Nassau and visit Atlantis that day?

Don't know @ Nassau, but we spent Xmas day in Cozumel, a very religous area, and everything was open as normal, because of the cruise boats.. Mexico is more of a concern for Xmas eve.. not sure of Nassau..
