Rent a Moped to Cockleshell & Turtle Beach

Hi, I am a pretty independent girl and my sister and wanted to rent a moped and drive down to Cockleshell beach, Turtle beach and Banana Bay and just hang out. We will be on the Carnvial Miracle and will be in St. Kitts from 9:00am to 4:00. Question is: Are we being too ambitious? Will he have time to go down south like that and is it safe? Thanks!
