How to reach Millie onboard jewelry shop?

In Nov, we saw an interesting necklace in the smaller boutique jewelry shop onboard Millie that we didn't buy and may want to. The shop was quite small and on the side of the emporium - not the center island or not the large jewelry shop.

 

Do you have any idea how to reach the shop or the company who runs the shop? Or who/where at Celebrity to contact to ask? Or even the name of the shop?

It's called, "C" and you cannot purchase anything from that shop unless you're actually on the ship. I specifically asked about that very thing and was told absolutely you cannot purchase items unless you're on board---has something to do with Custom's rules and regs.
