Destiny 8.3 sailing sold out???

So I'm fairly new the ins and outs of the Carnival website, but I just pulled it up and tried to pull up my sail date and it said "no sailings available". Does that mean that it's sold out? Is there another way to find out if there are rooms available? I have another family member that would like to go and I was going to direct them straight to the website instead of booking through the TA because the deadline has passed.

 

Any ideas?
