Aloha everyone...I'll be laying low for awhile

Aloha! I've met some very wonderful people on these boards and coming here and answering questions about my beautiful home state has been a real pleasure. I also have enjoyed reading about all of your thoughts and ideas, etc. throughout the year.

I got sick last week and it landed me in the hospital for a few days. I suspect that working 1 3/4 jobs with a long drive to one of them and spending some of the precious little balance of my time on here did not help the situation.

That along with the news about what has been done to our long-awaited Alaskan cruise and what they keep doing to the posts of one particular gentleman on the Mexican board who has been nothing but helpful and gains nothing from his knowledge and helpfulness (much like some of us here on the Hawaii board) makes me have to make a decision to come here much less often.

I'm sorry to all future visitors to Hawaii and especially to Kona, but there are many out there who usually have better answers than I do anyway. [img]http://messages.cruisecritic.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] I'm just sorry I can't help spread the "Aloha"

I'm sure I will stop by sometimes but you may have already noticed a slow-down even though the whole board is more quiet right now because we are awaiting the arrival of the NCL Pride, I think, and I'm sure it will start to pick up very shortly.

Anyway, you all have been great. I will probably spend more time on the NCL board and the Mexico board in a couple of months when it gets closer to my cruise, but I'm very disenchanted with how things have been run behind our backs with regards to our group cruise.

I was particuarly looking forward to the Convention/Cruise in 2005 and meeting you and Annette. Now even with my upcoming trip in Nov, things have suddenly gotten gloomy. Hope you will still find time to chime in once in a while.
