Chile Wine Tours after the cruise

We have a couple of extra days at the end of the cruise. Should we rent a car or try to hire a service to take us south for wine tours? If so, who!!! Just doing a quick search, there doesn't seem to be alot of hotels in the south where the major wineries are. Or am I missing something? Does anyone have a site to find out more info? My Fromers books are in the mail, but I would like to get started and make sure we have our bookings, booked.

Would definitely recommend a day tour to Santa Rita Winery. Wonderful lunch!!! We arranged a tour with English speaking driver through our hotel.
