Roll Call River Duchess, Jun 6 Vienna-Amsterdam

Looking forward to our June 6 trip on the Uniworld's River Duchess from Vienna to Amsterdam. First time on a river cruise. Not sure what to expect, but am looking forward to the adventure of new lands. Who else is on this trip?

Hi Jibho:

I wanted to share that I have done this cruise only in reverse, on The Duchess May 23rd 2007.

You will absolutely love everything about it.

The quality of everything that you will experience onboard. The service from the excellent crew.

If you have Jan as your hotel manager you will be thrilled. He's a gem.

Frank is a wonderful captain and if you have Doris as your Cruise Manager, you will be very happy.

The food is awesome. Very fresh and lots of local dishes.

The tours and guides are very good. I found them not too long and not too short.

All in all, I'm sure your experience will be as wonderful as mine was. I was so happy that I'm leaving on the same ship to do the Tulips and Windmills itinerary April 23rd.
