entertainment on Stantendam?

We are a 30-ish couple traveling on the Statendam 4/9 sailing. I was wondering what kinds of entertainment is available, especially during the 5 sea days. We know we'll probably be a lot younger than most of our fellow passengers, just curious what the options are. My husband would probably play poker--are there games/tournaments in the casino?
