ocho514 Posted February 26, 2008 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2008 I would have done a search on this but keep getting "Search is temporarily down". Does anyone know how much it costs to get the temporary tattoo on the ship? Also, how long will it last if you are going to be in and out of the water all week? seashell36 Posted February 26, 2008 #2 Share Posted February 26, 2008 I got one on our Inspiration cruise 2 1/2 yrs ago, I paid about $4 on my sign and sail. We snorkled and swam at both ports and the tatoo was still in place when we got home. I think it stays on better because it is air brushed on. Hope this helps! WayTooCool Posted February 26, 2008 #3 Share Posted February 26, 2008 The Little Woman got a really cute tatt on our last cruise -- it lasted the whole week; they tell you not to get it oily. We both liked it a lot. I think it was about five bucks (S&S card). Worth it . . . made us both smile.
trarecar Posted February 26, 2008 #4 Share Posted February 26, 2008 I got a larger, more ornate one which I think cost about $14. It stayed on perfectly until the very last day or two of my seven day cruise, when I stopped being vigilent about putting baby powder on it, and accidently got sunscreen on it. My husband got a smaller one and never did the stuff he was supposed to do to it, and his lasted a long time as well. Worth the money for the fun of having one. CrazieNCruisingGypsy2 Posted February 26, 2008 #5 Share Posted February 26, 2008 I got one on our last cruise and I think it was about $5. I was able to get it 'touched up' the last few days of the cruise without being charged.
