help with transportation from LGA

We are leaving on Explorer of the Seas 3/16 from Bayonne. We're flying into LGA on Sat a.m. 3/15 and have to get from the airport to the Hyatt in Jersey City and then to Cape Liberty on Sunday from the hotel. There will be six of us. Can anyone offer any suggestions of a dependable, somewhat reasonable service to use? The hotel said not to use their service because it's more expensive??!! So, we're just trying to get some information on transportion from those of you that may have more knowledge/experience.

P.S. We'll also need transportation from the port to LGA on 3/28. Our flight doesn't leave until 7:00 p.m. ( they made the departure time later since we booked the flight) and wer'e thinking about reserving a hotel room just for the day somewhere convenient to the NYC and the airport. Any suggestions for that also?
